Role Purpose

As Logistics & Development Coordinator, you will oversee and optimize the team’s travel and logistical operations, while supporting administrative, financial, and development projects. You will work closely with the General Manager, administrative staff, and performance team to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel & Logistics Management: organize and monitor all team travel (riders, staff, management); manage bookings for transport (flights, trains, buses, rental cars) and accommodations (hotels, residences, training centers); optimize schedules and anticipate logistical constraints linked to the racing calendar.
  • Administrative & Financial Follow-up: establish and track travel budgets; conduct annual comparative analyses (transport, accommodation, catering costs); prepare regular financial reports for management; process and control invoices in collaboration with the administrative department.
  • Partner & Supplier Relations: manage operational orders and deliveries with technical partners; monitor contractual commitments related to logistics; build long-term supplier relationships and identify optimized solutions.
  • Development & Optimization: implement new processes to improve efficiency and cost control; propose digital tools to facilitate travel management; contribute to transversal development projects (hospitalities, internal events, etc.).

Requirements

  • Experience: previous experience in a similar role (logistics, coordination, travel management), ideally 2+ years.
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management, logistics, sports management, or equivalent.
  • Skills: strong organizational skills, rigor, ability to prioritize; proficiency with office and management software; analytical and reporting skills (financial & operational); negotiation and relationship management with suppliers/partners; reactivity, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Languages: fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Interest: strong interest in elite sport and understanding of international racing calendars.
