She finished ahead of her compatriot Karlijn Swinkels (UAE Team ADQ) and the Australian Mackenzie Coupland (Liv AlUla Jayco), who narrowly held off Babette van der Wolf to secure a podium that could otherwise have been an all-Dutch affair.
