A masterful double in the Ardennes that has gone down in history. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this 10th edition of Li\u00e8ge-Bastogne-Li\u00e8ge Women, the Dutch rider claimed victory at the end of the 156-kilometre route from Bastogne to Li\u00e8ge. Having already been crowned champion in 2021 and 2023 in the \u2018Fiery City\u2019, Demi Vollering thus becomes the first woman to win the \u2018Doyenne\u2019 three times, further extending her exceptional list of achievements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Right from the start, the team took control of the race. As her teammates set a fast pace for miles on end and the early breakaway had just been caught, Demi Vollering stood up on her pedals 500 metres from the summit of La Redoute. A blistering attack 35 kilometres from the finish, to which no one could respond \u2014 not even the best climbers in the world peloton.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the top of La Redoute, the Dutch rider already had a 30-second lead. Showing great race management, she then paced herself all the way to Li\u00e8ge, winning with a 1&#8217;29&#8221; lead over the chasing group.
