FDJ-SUEZ will welcome Lieselot Decroix from 01 November, new Director of Performance alongside Flavien Soenen.
The arrival of Lieselot Decroix in the FDJ-SUEZ team as Director of Performance will mark a significant milestone for the team. Lieselot, a former international cyclist who competed at the Beijing Olympic Games and holds a doctorate, is respected and admired in the world of professional cycling.
After successfully juggling her sporting and academic career, she decided to put her expertise to the benefit of coaching within the JVW team (Jumbo Visma Women).

By leaving Jumbo Visma Women in November after three dedicated years, Lieselot herself shared her thoughts and enthusiasm for this new challenge:
