The FDJ-SUEZ team confirms today the departure of Clara Copponi, who will join the ranks of Lidl-Trek next season. The native of Aix-en-Provence, who joined the professional peloton in 2020 within FDJ-SUEZ, leaves behind a series of memorable performances.
Apart from her brilliant performances on track, notably with two bronze medals won at the last world championships, Clara Copponi has also distinguished herself on the road. The team will retain its prestigious victory in the 2022 Women’s Tour, where it demonstrated the full extent of its sprinting talent.
