Célia Géry has signed a long-term contract with the team until 2028

Regarded as one of the brightest prospects in French cycling, the young rider has cemented her place at the heart of the team’s sporting project. This contract extension reflects the team’s commitment to supporting her long-term as she develops her skills and progresses towards the world’s highest level.

A multi-talented artist with an exceptional track record

With a rare versatility, Célia Géry excels on all terrains and has already amassed an impressive list of achievements for someone so young. On the road, she made her mark on the international stage by becoming World Under-23 Champion, having previously left her mark on the junior ranks (victories in the Tour of Flanders Junior and stages of the Tour de l’Avenir). She is already confirming this trajectory in the professional ranks with her notable victories in the Flèche Brabançonne and the Grand Prix Féminin de Chambéry.

This success has been accompanied by a dominant presence on the cyclo-cross circuit. A leading figure in the world of cyclo-cross, she has won the Junior World and European Championships, the European U23 Championship, and the French Elite Championship jersey in 2026.

Célia represents this new generation of talent capable of making their mark on our sport for many years to come. Since joining us, she has demonstrated the full extent of her potential on a daily basis, with significant victories already under her belt and a rare ability to rise to the occasion when it matters most. Beyond her natural talent, we love her personality, her freshness, her ambition and her willingness to learn from our team. Our aim is clear: to build a long-term future with her, to support her development alongside our leaders and to enable her, in turn, to become a leading figure in our sport. We believe deeply in her future, both on the road and in her ambitions in cyclo-cross. Supporting the title ambitions of an athlete like Célia is an integral part of our project’s DNA. The future is being built today. – Stephen Delcourt, Manager Général de l’équipe FDJ UNITED-SUEZ

By securing its future until 2028, the team is reaffirming its strategy of focusing on stability and developing its young talents to build its future success.
