CONTEXT
As part of the structuring of our organization and the development of our activities (international partnerships, capital transactions, multi-entity management), we are looking for a CFO able to support senior management across financial, legal, and HR matters, in a demanding, international, and highly visible environment. The successful candidate will act in support of senior management on the various financial and legal operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance & Reporting
● Building and maintaining financial and operational dashboards (cash flow, budgets, EBITDA, monthly reporting)
● Preparing financial forecasts, budget tracking, and variance analysis
● Acting as the direct point of contact with external accountants and statutory auditors (year-end closing, tax filings, audit)
● Overseeing corporate tax matters across the company and its subsidiaries/holding structures

Legal & Contracts
● Drafting, reviewing, and securing contracts (riders, sponsors, partners, suppliers)
● Liaising with foreign lawyers on international negotiations and cross-border matters (fluent professional English required; other languages a plus)
● Monitoring regulatory compliance (labor law, corporate law, sports governance rules)
● Managing sensitive matters: NDAs, disputes, litigation, capital transactions
Human Resources
● Administrative management of staff (contracts, amendments, terminations, disciplinary procedures)
● Liaising with payroll and social security service providers
● Contributing to recruitment and HR structuring for the organization
● Handling sensitive matters (procedures, confidentiality of compensation data)
Confidentiality
● Access to highly sensitive information (contracts, compensation, financial transactions): strict discretion and a strong sense of professional confidentiality required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
● Master’s degree (business school, accounting/finance qualification, or equivalent)
● At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME with international exposure
● Professional-level English required (regular exchanges with foreign lawyers and partners); additional languages appreciated
● Advanced command of financial modeling tools and accounting/financial management
● Genuine interest in implementing and developing information systems
● Rigorous, autonomous, able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel (finance, legal, HR)
● Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion at all times
● A genuine interest in or passion for cycling is a real plus — understanding of the sport’s environment, racing calendar, and industry dynamics
