CONTEXT
As part of the development of our activities and partnerships, we are looking for a Development Assistant to support the team across business development, partner relations, hospitality and events. The successful candidate will work in a demanding, international and highly visible professional sports environment, with a high level of autonomy and direct exposure to the team’s partners and projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Partnerships
● Preparing partnership presentations, commercial proposals and sales materials
● Maintaining prospect and partner follow-up, including CRM and reporting
● Supporting day-to-day exchanges with existing partners and responding to their requests
● Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of partnership deliverables
Hospitality & Events
● Taking an active role in preparing and delivering the team’s hospitality programmes
● Managing guest lists, invitations, logistics and on-site coordination
● Supporting the organisation and running of team events
Marketing & Commercial Support
● Helping prepare communication and commercial materials for the team and its partners
● Supporting website, newsletter and digital content updates when required
● Contributing to the preparation of presentations, reports and post-event partner reviews
Team Operations
● Supporting the day-to-day running of the team shop and customer requests
● Helping coordinate suppliers and operational needs linked to events and team activities
● Working across departments to keep projects moving and information connected
CANDIDATE PROFILE
● Bac+4 / Bac+5 student in business, sports management, marketing, communication or a related field
● Genuine interest in sport and a strong appetite for the professional sports environment
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
● Comfortable with presentation and office tools; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or WordPress is a plus
● Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects in parallel
● Rigorous, autonomous, reactive and comfortable taking initiative
● Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships with partners, suppliers and colleagues
● Driving licence and access to a car
